current workout: Totally obsessed with Back on Pointe's Dancer Leg's routine

current feeling: Icky! I didn't workout yesterday, so I doubled up just now and oh lawd. So sweaty. Heading to the shower right after I hit publish. I'm doing Back on Pointe's November challenge, and today I did Dancer's Leg Workout, One Room HIIT, FitFabCities Total Core Toner (hate the word tone!!), and the Fat Blaster. Really glad we have thick walls in our apartment building, I was blasting Pandora's Pop/Hip Hop Fitness station the whole time. Going to do Les Mills BodyStep for the first time tomorrow. I've been getting more interested in step classes, and I generally love everything Les Mills so I'm really excited.

current plan: hit up the grocery store, do some clean-up, do my schedules for the week.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!!

  2. I just came across your delightful blog! Oh my goodness...Southern California (that's where I am) to New Hampshire!? Is that possible! lol I considered making that move myself (The company I worked for has a corporate office in Manchester, NH)...but all that snow! Yikes! haha! Those work outs look intense! I hope you won't be too sore tomorrow!

    1. Thank you!
It's been a big change! I keep checking the Socal weather and it seems like heat wave after heat wave while we just get colder D:
It is a really big move- and everyone has been hyping up the snow since it may be a really bad season. I think I can handle it, but Jack has said I'll probably be writing love poems to California before it's through.
The workouts were really good; the Fat Blaster had me working crazy hard by the end. Jack was scared of my intensity during the wall sit.
Thank you for checking out my blog!

  4. Your workouts sound so fun and intense... and you're so motivated to be actually doing something at home! I have to make myself get out of the house and walk if I want exercise. Nothing happens at home!

    1. I find my at home workouts on Pinterest and Tumblr! I was surprised I was able to do it all at home, but it's easier for me right now b/c I'm unemployed and with the loss of my normal schedule I'm doing just about everything to establish a routine.
I really should walk more! I feel like I missed a lot of the gorgeous fall sights here in NH because I didn't go outside enough, always from point A to point B.
thank you for checking out my blog :)
